  1. Email to and enter your FULL NAME + order number (for example #1234). 
  2. Tell us the reason WHY you want to return after you checked our return policy.

  3. Wait for our approval of our customer team in 48 hours.

  4.  Items ON SALE will not be refunded, it will be issued by a GIFTCARD. Pleas check your items first on the website if there on sale before you decide to return them.


What items are returnable?

  • In original condition

  • Unwashed and Unworn

  • In the original packaging 

  • items without a discount!

  • Items ON SALE = DISCOUNT for size exchange or giftcard

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts 

  • discounted/ON SALE items: only for exchange or giftcard. 

  • Accessorie items

  • gift cards

  • returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

 All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.



  1. Once you recieved an e-mail for approval of the return, pack all the returned items along with a print off your our approval and of your purchase confirmation e-mail.

  1. You can use the same bag as the items arrived in or another bag or box, if you prefer. Pleas write your order nr (#1234) and FULL NAME on the packagine (outside or inside).

  1. Buy your return ticket online at the website of your local post office for better conditions:

  2. The weight has to be withing 0 - 2kg. 

  1. Ship your order to the headquarters of DIE STIJL

  1. Print the ticket and put it on your package and drop it of at your local post office. 



  1. E-mail us the trackingcode/Barcode you received of your postal office. That way we can follow the package with you and there will be no discussion afterwords.

  2. Track your order with the same barcode at the website of your local post office.

  3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items and when refund is approved.

  4. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.



Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 30 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Giftcard will be issued within 5 to 10 business days. 

EXCHANGE will be issued with a giftcard after we received your package
